Exchange policy
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.
All items need to be unworn, in original, unopened packing with tags attached.
Please send the item to be exchanged, back to us within 7 days from the date of when the parcel is delivered.
Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer. Rs 250 will be charged for sending the exchanged item.
Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
No exchange or return on Lingerie, jewellery, disposable items such as nappies, or nursing and maternity products like bottle warmers Toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics,. Of course, we will take back defective products.
Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
